Downtown Marlowe Loft Tower Mardi Gras
Do you know what season it is? The answer: crawfish, king cake, and parties! The celebration of Mardi Gras dates back to the 1800s and centers around one last night of decadence on Shrove Tuesday. With many “krewes”, the bacchanale features libation, parades, floats, and more. Of course, you don’t have to go to New Orleans or even Galveston for your annual get down this year. Downtown Houston has plenty of events – some of which are walking distance from your luxury condo. Wear gold, purple, and green, take a step out of your downtown loft at Marlowe tower, and get ready to party.

Much like oysters and hurricanes, crawfish have a “Season” or time frame in which their best eaten. Between mid-January and early July, you can indulge in all kinds of crawfish dishes (don’t forget the cornbread). As mentioned, El Big Bad is hosting its own crawfish chow down along with a complete Bourbon Street Mardi Gras experience.
